At our Doylestown gym, experienced instructors guide the class through a series of yoga poses that are as gentle as they are energizing. We put a big emphasis on getting your alignment just right and helping you master control over your breath.

Each class combines stretching, strengthening, and balancing exercises. Not only will these help you become more flexible and stand taller, but they’ll also improve core strength. And the best part?
