Post Physical Therapy
Understanding the difficulties associated with recovery after surgery or an injury, our Post Physical Therapy program aims to facilitate the shift from physical therapy to regular exercise.
Your first meeting with us is designed to identify your unique goals and interests. Throughout the six-week program, you will participate in two half-hour exercise sessions each week, each under the guidance of a trainer.
Getting Started
This program is available to patients referred by Cornerstone Physical Therapy Associates.
Program cost is $395 for six weeks, which includes full access to our New Hope gym.
At the end of the program, participants can elect to join our gym at the current monthly membership rate with no enrollment fee.
Heart Strong
For individuals who have been part of a cardiac rehabilitation program and want to continue to exercise, the Heart Strong program is committed to enhancing health and wellness. Exercise may decrease the risk of another cardiac event.
