Our gym in New Hope offers a range of low-impact and high-intensity group fitness classes, and there’s something for everyone!
You’ll find barre, cycling, Pilates, Silver Sneakers, yoga, Zumba, and MOSSA on the schedule. And if you can’t make it to the gym, most are live-streamed simultaneously.
You’ll probably break a sweat and push your limits, but you’ll be surrounded by the energy of others in your group who will keep you motivated!
