How did you sleep last night?
What was your first thought this morning?
Did it feel like you got up on the wrong side of the bed?
And if so… how much has that shaped your day?
How you felt.
How you acted.
The direction you took.
Sometimes it’s something small-a restless night, a tight neck, a rushed morning.
Other times, it’s not what happened…
It’s the thought that followed it.
The one that quietly starts to direct everything.
Before we know it, the day starts reacting… instead of moving with intention.
And we go with it.
But that first moment?
It’s not just a feeling.
It’s your body offering information.
And a choice:
Do you let it take over…
Or do you notice it-and move forward anyway?
Maybe the shift is simply this:
“I feel off today… and I’m still moving forward.”
It’s subtle.
But these small moments?
They shape everything.
