All kettlebell workouts are based off of six fundamental exercises:
the swing
the clean
the squat
the press
the snatch
the Turkish get-up.
These 6 exercises require a level of skill and knowledge in order to preform them effectively.
In this training you will learn how to perform these exercises correctly and effectively. You will learn how to do a full body workout in minimal time, create greater levels of mobility, build strength quickly, burn more calories than most other modalities, and have the freedom to be able to have a whole gym in one mobile tool.
