Start Strong is a 6-week, beginner-friendly strength training program designed to help you feel confident and capable in the weight room. You’ll learn and practice foundational movements like squats, hinges, presses, pulls, and core exercises, using tools such as dumbbells, kettlebells, and TRX. Through guided progressions, you’ll improve your lifting technique, breathing, and overall strength in a supportive environment. The program also includes an InBody body composition analysis to help track your progress. With small group sessions capped at just four participants, Start Strong offers personalized coaching and hands-on form correction—making it the perfect fit for beginners or anyone getting back into training.
