Intro to Reformer: New to Pilates Reformer? This class will introduce you to the reformer machine, machine set up and safety, proper body mechanics and breathing. Limited to 4/class; limited to 1 free intro class per member or guest per year.

Jumpboard Cardio & Intro to Jumpboard Cardio: Using the jumpboard, you’ll combine cardio intervals with core-focused, full-body strengthening for improved endurance and control—without stressing the joints. Jumpboard experience recommended. Limited to 4 for Intro and 8 for regular class; limited to 1 free class per member or guest for 5/2-5/8/26.

Reformer Barre Fusion & Intro to Barre Fusion: This energizing class fuses Pilates precision with barre-inspired sculpting. Reformer experience recommended. Limited to 4 for Intro and 8 for regular class; limited to 1 free class per member or guest for 5/2-5/8/26.
