Basic Weight Training For Women

You choose!  Sat @ 10:30am, Sun @ 1:00pm, Mon @ 6:30pm and/or Fri @ 5:00pm

  • Build a strength training program designed on progressions
  • Focus on issues related to menopause (pre and post)
  • Keep a journal of all work to document progress
  • Pre & post assessment with a Wellness Coach (using InBody composition analysis) included and schedule separately.
  • Maximum of 4 people per team/women only
