Join New Hope Personal Trainer Robert Ranelli for this high-energy, small group personal training that will elevate your fitness and start your day on the right foot!

Work in teams of 2-10 as you crush powerful skills and make the most of every minute.  Each session is packed with HIIT, functional movements, cardio, strength, and mobility work, all while fostering teamwork and camaraderie.

You’ll train with a variety of equipment—dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and medicine balls—pushing yourself to new heights. From station circuits and AMRAPs to for-time challenges, Tabatas, and EMOMs, every workout brings fresh intensity and progression, so you’re constantly leveling up!

Level 1;  Friday at 7:00am – includes exercise modifications.
Level 2:  Thursday at 7:45am – no exercise modifications.
