NOTE: We recommend participants wear cowboy boots or smooth soled shoes and casual and comfortable clothes like jeans and a t-shirt.

Instructor Mary Tawa has been teaching dance for over 25 years and earned her BFA in Dance from the University of Massachusetts. She has also danced professionally in NYC with Rondo Dance Theater and was the artistic director for TAWA Dance Company in Frederick, MD. She has been teaching Zumba, barre, abs and stretch and dance at Cornerstone since 2006.
