Improve Bone Density

Strong Bones is a comprehensive 6-week program specifically designed to help prevent, manage and potentially reverse osteoporosis through a combination of strength training, balance exercises and core strengthening techniques. By focusing on these key areas, the program helps to:

  • Increase Bone Density: Weight-bearing exercises and resistance training stimulate bone growth and help slow the progression of bone loss, which is critical for preventing fractures.
  • Improve Balance: Fall prevention is a major aspect of osteoporosis management. Balance exercises enhance coordination and stability, reducing the risk of falls and fractures.
  • Strengthening Core Muscles: A strong core is essential for proper posture and alignment, helping to reduce strain on the spine and supporting overall mobility and function.
  • Enhance Functional Movement: The program emphasizes safe and effective movements that mimic everyday activities, improving overall strength, flexibility and range of motion of daily tasks.

Through a well-rounded approach, thus program empowers individuals to take control of their bone health, improving both physical strength and confidence. Ideal for those looking to build a strong foundation for long-term bone health and prevent osteoporosis-related complications.

Level 1: The primary focus is on building a solid foundation of the key exercises in the program, emphasizing proper form and controlled execution. The program emphasizes gradual progression to avoid injury while maximizing strength gains. Run as a 6-week series.

Level 2: Builds on Level 1 and the foundational exercises with an addition of more balance and core strengthening exercises.  Basic exercises are progressed for challenge, complexity variety.

Level 1: Monday at 11:30 with Casey in Doylestown

Level 1: Wednesday at 11:00am with Grace in New Hope

Level 1: Wednesday at 12:00 pm with Grace in New Hope

Level 1: Friday at 11:30am with Kate in Doylestown, starts 10/31

Level 2: Tuesday at 8:30 am with Heather in Doylestown

Level 2: Friday at 11:30am with Casey in Doylestown
